Frequently Asked Questions:

 How long will it take to receive my order?

Both prints and phone cases are packed and dispatched within 4 days from the order date. All domestic orders (Australia) are expected to arrive within 7 days of dispatch, whilst international orders may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Please note that orders placed to Canada may take an extra 2 weeks due to strict customs regulations.

 Where is my tracking number?

For all domestic and international orders, tracked postage is included (Through Australia Post and DHL respectively) and sent to your designated email address on the date of dispatch. Please be sure to check your Spam and Promotional emails in case your tracking number have been sent to those categories.

 

 Can I change my order/the details of my order?

If you have made an error in your order or your postal address, please contact us immediately at studio@kerriehess.com.au and we will solve it as soon as possible. Please note that Express orders are often posted on the day or day after ordering, so any changes must be sent before your order is dispatched.

 Will I have to pay for customs & duties?

Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs and duties within their country. For additional information, we suggest contacting your local customs office.

What currency is used on your store?

All currency on our site is listed in Australian dollars ($AUD). For approximate conversion rates, please check the description of the product you are browsing.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If you have ordered an incorrect phone case size and would like to exchange it for the correct size, please send an email to studio@kerriehess.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order for a returns form. Please note that customers are required to cover the cost of the returns to our Australian address.

 Will my print arrived framed?

All prints arrive unframed.
